摘　　要：梳理美国主街策略的产生背景和发展历程,分析“焕新”转型策略行动下多元主体参与的传统街区更新模式,包括综合稳定且富有弹性的战略框架、与利益主体相契合的组织架构、以全过程参与为保障的实施路径,剖析主街策略实施中社区共识的驱动作用,由此提出构建协作式的更新运营框架、建立精细化的更新治理机制、搭建保障性的更新实施路径的启示,以为我国社区更新的多元治理机制研究工作提供借鉴。The background and development process of the Main Street Approach in the United States are outlined,and the traditional neighborhood renewal model under the"refresh"transformation strategy,with multi-stakeholder participation,is analyzed.This includes a comprehensive and stable strategic framework,an organizational structure conforming to stakeholder interests,and an implementation pathway to guarantee full participation.The community consensus-driven effects in the Main Street Approach are studied,and further inspirations of emphasizing collaborative operational framework,detailed governance mechanism,and a guaranteed implementation path are put forward.These could be useful for the multi-stakeholder governance of community renewal in China.
