摘　　要：引入生态系统服务级联模型,构建面向国家湿地公园生态分区管控的评估框架,并将框架应用于昆明市南滇池国家湿地公园。根据框架,评估土地利用变化对生态系统服务和居民福祉的影响,识别影响因素;依据生态环境分区管控的相关要求,结合土地利用因素、生态系统服务价值空间变化特征和公园功能分区,根据“二级三区”的模式划定二级保护区及3类生态管控单元;基于各单元土地利用结构和生态系统服务特征,从土地利用、生态系统服务、景观建设和人为活动4个维度提出各单元管控建议。Introducing ecosystem service cascade model,an assessment framework for ecological zoning control of national wetland park is established,and the framework is put into positive study in the case of South-Dianchi National Wetland Park in Kuming.First,the framework assesses the impact of land-use changes on ecosystem services and residents'well-being,identifying the influencing factors.Second,based on the relevant requirements of ecological environment zoning control,and in conjunction with land-use factors,spatial variation characteristics of ecosystem service values,and the functional zoning of the parks,second-level protected areas and three types of ecological control units are delineated according to the"two-level three-zone"model.Based on the land-use structure and ecosystem service characteristics of each unit,control recommendations are proposed from four aspects:land use,ecosystem services,landscape construction,and human activities.
