原住民社会融合视角下的国家公园社区可持续发展策略——以香格里拉普达措国家公园社区为例

摘　　要：社区可持续发展是国家公园实现生态保护与地方经济协调发展的前提。当前,我国国家公园社区的发展面临原住民边缘化、角色被动、利益无法充分保障等问题,阻碍了国家公园社区的可持续发展。引入原住民社会融合理念,基于香格里拉普达措国家公园原住民的现状,筛选出影响社会融合的5大维度19项因子,构建指标体系进行测度研究,探讨社会融合对心理和谐的影响。基于测度结果,从空间环境、文化活力、经济产业、行为交往及管理参与等方面提出管理优化策略,为国家公园原住民社会融合发展提供一个科学的量化框架,从而在生态文明建设的背景下,推动国家公园原住民社区的可持续发展。Community sustainable development is the premise for national parks to achieve coordination of ecological protection and local economic development.At present,the marginalization,passive role,and unprotected benefits of the native people have hindered the sustainable development of national park communities.Based on the current situation of aborigines in Shangri-La Pudacuo National Park,introducing the concept of aborigines'social integration,19 factors in 5 dimensions that affect social integration are selected,an index system for measurement research is constructed,and the impact of social integration on psychological harmony is discussed.Furthermore,improvement strategies from the aspects of space environment,cultural vitality,economy and industry,behavioral communication,and participation in management are put forward for the quantitative framework of native people's social integration in national parks,so as to promote sustainable development of native community in ecological civilization construction.
