摘 要:进入21世纪以来,我国交通行业突飞猛进,日益剧增的公里数、大幅度上升的车流量……使我国高速公路养护工作进入高峰期,按照5-10年的大中修期限进行推算,过去十年内所修建而成的高速公路将进入密集养护期,需要集中进行大中修。我国高速公路建设初期,以基础建设为重心,着力构造我国高速公路网。现今,高速公路建设重心转移至以预防性养护为主,新建次之。现以2023年辽宁省内某高速公路路面超薄膜磨层预防性养护维修工程为例,从监理管理角度论述高速公路路面预防性养护维修工程中工程管理。Since the beginning of the 21st century,China's transportation industry has made rapid progress,with an increasing number of kilometers and a significant increase in traffic volume and so on,leading to a peak period of highway maintenance work in China.According to the 5-10 year period for major and medium repairs,the highways built in the past decade will enter an intensive maintenance period and require concentrated major and medium repairs.In the early stages of China's highway construction,the focus was on infrastructure development and efforts were made to construct the country's highway network.Nowadays,the focus of highway construction has shifted to preventive maintenance,followed by new construction.Taking the preventive maintenance and repair project of ultra-thin film abrasion layer on a certain expressway pavement in Liaoning Province in 2023 as an example,this article discusses the engineering management in the preventive maintenance and repair project of expressway pavement from the perspective of supervision and management.
