摘　　要：土地资源作为经济社会发展的基石,其管理与保护策略的制定至关重要,本研究深入探讨了土地资源管理的理论基础,分析了我国耕地保护的现状及存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的管理与保护策略。基于土地稀缺性与可持续利用理论,提出强化规划管理、提升耕地质量与生态功能、加强政策执行力度及促进农业可持续发展等策略。同时,借鉴国内外成功经验,为优化土地资源管理与耕地保护提供参考。旨在实现土地资源的科学合理利用,应对城市化、生态退化等挑战,确保耕地保护政策的有效实施。As the cornerstone of economic and social development,the formulation of management and protection strategies for land resources is crucial.This study deeply explores the theoretical basis of land resource management,analyzes the current situation and main problems of farmland protection in China,and proposes corresponding management and protection strategies.Based on the theory of land scarcity and sustainable use,strategies are proposed to strengthen planning and management,improve the quality and ecological function of arable land,enhance policy implementation,and promote sustainable agricultural development.At the same time,successful experiences at home and abroad are drawn to provide reference for optimizing land resource management and farmland protection.It is intended to achieve scientific and rational utilization of land resources,address challenges such as urbanization and ecological degradation,and ensure effective implementation of farmland protection policies.
