摘 要:本文旨在探讨预制管桩在黏土地质条件下的应用可行性及其承载性能。根据预制管桩设计允许荷载的50%、100%、150%、200%设置了4种循环加载模式,通过锚桩横梁反力装置对试桩施加不同等级的竖向循环压载,观察并分析加载过程中试桩的沉降响应,最终估算出桩基的极限荷载。研究结果表明,在200吨超载条件下,预制管桩在黏土地质中表现出良好的承载性能;根据竖向荷载的加载时间与试桩的沉降量之间的关系,估算出了桩基的极限荷载为262吨。这一结果远高于设计允许荷载(100吨),进一步验证了预制管桩在黏土地质中的高承载能力和稳定性。This article aims to explore the application feasibility and bearing performance of prefabricated pipe piles in clay geological conditions.Four cyclic loading modes were set according to the allowable load of 50%,100%,150%,and 200%in the design of prefabricated pipe piles.Different levels of vertical cyclic loading were applied to the test piles through the anchor pile crossbeam reaction device.The settlement response of the test piles during the loading process was observed and analyzed,and the ultimate load of the pile foundation was finally estimated.The research results indicate that under the condition of 200 tons overload,prefabricated pipe piles exhibit good bearing performance in clay geology.Based on the relationship between the loading time of vertical load and the settlement of the test pile,the ultimate load of the pile foundation was estimated to be 262 tons.This result is much higher than the design allowable load(100 tons),further verifying the high bearing capacity and stability of prefabricated pipe piles in clay geology.
