摘　　要：主要针对涂布白纸板在复卷过程中经常出现的质量问题进行了分析汇总,主要针对在复卷过程中产生的纸毛、纸粉,纵切刀切割毛边,卷芯打折,纸面摩擦产生的镜面,端面不齐等常见问题进行分析总结并提出相应的对策。采取措施以提高复卷效率,降低工人劳动强度,提高产品质量。The quality problems that often occur during the rewinding process of coated white paperboard are analyzed and summarized in this article,including the problem of paper wool and paper powder,cutting burrs of vertical cutters,mirror surface generated by core bending and paper friction,as well as the unevenness of the end face.Corresponding countermeasures are put forward accordingly.After improving the rewinding efficiency,it will reduce labor intensity for workers and also improve the quality of finished paper products.
