摘 要:目的探讨新型哺乳动物源生物粘合剂对大鼠肝脏部分切除出血的止血效果。方法采用早期建立的SD大鼠肝脏左外叶切除模型开展实验。动物分为模型对照组、供试品组和阳性对照组,每组10只,除模型对照组外,其余2组分别在创面喷涂新型哺乳动物源生物粘合剂和阳性对照药物猪纤维蛋白粘合剂,计算出血量和出血时间,评估止血效果。结果与模型对照组[(504.6±190.0)s、(194.4±144.2)mg]比较,供试品组[(96.1±26.4)s、(4.8±17.8)mg]和阳性对照组[(156.7±139.3)s、(47.8±121.3)mg]出血时间均缩短,出血量也减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与阳性对照组比较,供试品组的出血时间和出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新型哺乳动物源生物粘合剂可以有效止血,减少出血量,缩短出血时间,临床上可方便术者止血操作,从而缩短手术时间,达到封闭创面和止血的目的。Objective To explore the hemostatic effect of a novel mammalian‐derived bioadhesive in partial liver resection in rats.Methods The model of the left lateral lobectomy in SD rats established earlier was used in this study.The rats were divided into model group,test group and positive control group,with 10 rats in each group.The novel mammalian‐derived bioadhesive and porcine fibrin sealant were sprayed on the wound in the test group and positive control group,respectively.The hemostatic effect was evaluated by calculating the amount and time of bleeding.Results Compared with the model group[(504.6±190.0)s,(194.4±144.2)mg],the bleeding time[(96.1±26.4)s,(4.8±17.8)mg]and the amount of bleeding[(156.7±139.3)s,(47.8±121.3)mg]were significantly shortened in the test group and positive control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the bleeding time and the amount of bleeding between the positive control group and test group(P>0.05).Conclusion The novel mammalian‐derived bioadhesive can reduce bleeding and shorten bleeding time in rat models with partial liver resection.In clinical practice,it can reduce hemostatic procedures,thereby shortening the surgical time and achieving the goal of sealing and hemostasis。
