摘 要:人工智能技术的快速发展为高校智慧校园建设提供了新的契机。文中以高校智慧餐卡管理平台为例,探讨了人工智能技术在提升就餐体验、优化食堂运营等方面的应用。研究发现,引入智慧餐卡后,食堂就餐效率显著提升,平均结算时间缩短了63.5%,高峰期服务能力提高了51.7%,用户满意度整体提升了0.4分,智能菜品推荐获得了4.8分的高评价,异常交易检测的准确率达到91.3%。研究表明,人工智能技术在高校后勤管理中具有广阔的应用前景,为智慧校园建设提供了重要支撑。The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has provided new opportunities for the construction of smart campuses in colleges and universities.Taking the smart meal card management platform in colleges and universities as an example,this paper discusses the application of artificial intelligence technology in improving the dining experience and optimizing the operation of canteens.The study found that after the introduction of smart meal cards,the dining efficiency of canteens was significantly improved,the average settlement time was shortened by 63.5%,the service capacity during peak periods was improved by 51.7%,and the overall user satisfaction was improved by 0.4 points.The smart dish recommendation received a high evaluation of 4.8 points,and the accuracy rate of abnormal transaction detection reached 91.3%.The research shows that artificial intelligence technology has broad application prospects in the logistics management of colleges and universities,providing important support for the construction of smart campuses.
