摘  要:改性蚕丝是将丝胶固定在丝素表面的一种蚕丝,以改性蚕丝/天丝混纺纱为研究对象,测试评价纱线的形态结构、毛羽、条干、亲水性和力学性能等,对比分析不同混纺比和线密度的纱线性能差异。结果表明:随着改性蚕丝的比例增加,改性蚕丝向纱线表面转移,纱线的不匀率在12%~16%,纱线的有害毛羽低于16根/m,纯蚕丝纱线外其他四种纱线都表现为亲水性,纱线强力在170 cN/tex~310 cN/tex,纯蚕丝纱线的强力最低,纱线具有较低的弯曲刚度,研究可为改性蚕丝在服装面料的应用提供参考。Modified silk is a kind of silk in which sericin is fixed on the surface of silk fibroin.In this paper,modified silk/tencel blended yarn was taken as the research object,its morphological structure,hairiness,stem,hydrophilicity and mechanical properties were tested and evaluated,and the properties differences of yarns with different blending ratios and linear densities were compared and analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of the proportion of modified silk,the modified silk was transferred to the surface of the yarn,the ununiformity of the yarn was 12%~16%,the harmful hair of the yarn was less than 16 pieces/m,the other four kinds of yarns except pure silk yarn were hydrophilic,the yarn strength was 170cN/tex~310cN/tex,the pure silk yarns had the lowest strength,and the yarn had lower bending stiffness.The research could provide reference for the application of modified silk in clothing fabrics.
