摘 要:角速度灵敏度是表征加速度计角运动误差的重要指标之一,但现行加速度计测试标准中缺乏具体的测试方法,影响加速度计角运动误差的补偿。首先,分析了现行标准中角速度灵敏度的定义,指出角速度灵敏度测试的基本要求;其次,参考加速度计测试的旋转标定法,提出了使用同轴双离心机用于角速度灵敏度测试;最后,以单轴加速度计为例,给出了具体的角速度灵敏度测试步骤。Angular velocity sensitivity is an important item for evaluating the accelerometer error caused by angular motion.Current testing standards of accelerometer are lack of specific testing procedures and makes it hard to compensate the angular motion error.At first,testing principles are proposed based on definitions of angular velocity sensitivity in standards home and abroad.Then,by reference to rotating calibration method of accelerometer,co-axis dual-turntable centrifuge is introduced to measure angular velocity sensitivity.At last,a specific testing procedure of angular velocity sensitivity is described by taking single-axis accelerometer as an example.
