档案赋能和美乡村建设的理论内涵与实践进路

摘　　要：档案是记录乡村发展脉络、传承乡村优秀文化的重要载体,在和美乡村建设中具有不可替代的基础性作用。立足档案学视角,阐释了档案赋能和美乡村建设的理论内涵,提出了档案赋能和美乡村建设的实践进路。档案全面融入美丽乡村建设,既是时代发展的必然要求,也是档案事业转型升级的重要契机。要充分发挥档案在传承历史记忆、凝聚文化共识、服务乡村治理等方面的独特功能,推动档案与和美乡村建设同频共振、相得益彰。通过构建多元协同、上下贯通的乡村档案工作新格局,为乡村全面振兴和农业农村现代化提供坚实支撑。Archives are an important carrier to record the development of rural context and inherit the excellent rural culture,and play an irreplaceable basic role in the construction of rural harmony.Based on the perspective of archival science,this paper explains the theoretical connotation of archival empowerment and the construction of beautiful countryside,and puts forward the practical approach of archival empowerment and the construction of beautiful countryside.The full integration of archives into the construction of beautiful villages is not only an inevitable requirement of the development of The Times,but also an important opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of archives.It is necessary to give full play to the unique functions of archives in inheriting historical memory,building cultural consensus,and serving rural governance,and promote archives to resonate with and complement the construction of rural harmony.By building a new pattern of rural archives work with multiple coordination and connecting up and down,it will provide solid support for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
