档案视角下高校实践教学基地建设的内涵特色、运行机制与育人成效评估

摘　　要：当前,高校实践教学基地在运行管理、质量评估等方面还存在种种不足,亟须从教学与管理相融合的新视角探索科学化、规范化的建设路径。基于档案学理论,分析档案资源在高校实践教学基地建设中的作用,阐释档案部门参与实践教学基地建设的理念和举措,重点探讨档案视角下高校实践教学基地运行机制的构建以及基于档案资源的实践教学质量评估体系的设计。将档案工作与实践教学融合,能够推动实践教学基地的科学化管理和可持续发展,为提升高校人才培养质量提供有力支撑。At present,there are still some deficiencies in the operation management and quality assessment of practical teaching bases in universities.It is urgent to explore a scientific and standardized construction path from the new perspective of the integration of teaching and management.Based on the theory of archival science,this paper analyzes the role of archival resources in the construction of practical teaching base in colleges and universities,explains the idea and measures for archival departments to participate in the construction of practical teaching base,and focuses on the construction of the operational mechanism of college practical teaching base from the perspective of archives and the design of practical teaching quality evaluation system based on archival resources.This study shows that the integration of archival work and practice teaching can promote the scientific management and sustainable development of practice teaching base,and provide strong support for improving the quality of college talent training.
