摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的实施为新时代农村档案工作指明了前进方向,农村珍贵档案资源面临严重散佚的困境,亟须开展抢救性收集和创新性开发利用工作。在梳理国内外相关研究现状的基础上,围绕农村档案的抢救性收集、整理编研、数字化管理与传播等关键环节,提出了加强多方联动的档案抢救机制、创新档案征集方法、深化档案编研开发、推进档案数字化建设、创新数字化传播模式、深化档案资源的智慧化应用等对策建议。The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has pointed out the direction for the rural archives work in the new era.The precious archive resources in rural areas are facing the dilemma of serious loss,and it is urgent to carry out rescue collection and innovative development and utilization.On the basis of sorting out the relevant research status at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the key links of rural archives such as rescue collection,collation,compilation and research,digital management and dissemination.The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening multi-linkage archives rescue mechanism,innovating archives collection method,deepening archives compilation,research and development,promoting archives digitization construction,innovating digital communication mode,and deepening the intelligent application of archives resources.
