摘 要:以高度角质化的废纸纤维为原料,经打浆、分散成型和碳化制备出具有高效吸附性能的海绵状纤维基块体碳材料,研究了其对氯酚类化合物的吸附行为。运用BET、SEM、FT-IR等表征技术,结合吸附动力学和等温吸附分析等研究,揭示了该材料微观结构与其吸附性能之间的内在关联。研究发现,此材料具有高比表面积和良好的孔隙结构,对氯苯酚的吸附在4 h可达平衡,去除率达87.6%,吸附过程更加符合准二级动力学模型,是以化学吸附为主。此外,该材料表现出良好的循环稳定性,历经五次使用后吸附效率仍达到79.4%,运用于实际漂白废水的处理时,废水中氯酚去除率约为77.8%。该研究提供了一种废纸纤维的高值化利用途径,为漂白废水的净化提供参考。Using highly keratinized waste paper fibers as raw materials,sponge-like fiber-based bulk carbon materials with high adsorption performance were prepared through processes such as pulping,dispersion molding,and carbonization.The adsorption behavior of these materials towards chlorophenol compounds was investigated.By employing characterization techniques like BET,SEM,and FT-IR,combined with studies on adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption analysis,the inherent relationship between the microscopic structure of the materials and their adsorption properties was revealed.It was found that this material had a high specific surface area and a favorable pore structure.The adsorption of chlorophenol could reach equilibrium within 4 hours,with a removal rate of 87.6%.The adsorption process conformed more to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,indicating that it was mainly chemisorption.Moreover,the material exhibited good cyclic stability,and its adsorption efficiency still reached 79.4%after five cycles of use.When applied to the treatment of actual bleaching wastewater,the removal rate of chlorophenols in the wastewater was approximately 77.8%.This research provides a high-value utilization approach for waste paper fibers and offers a reference for the purification of bleaching wastewater.
