摘  要:针对纸与膜粘接在低温环境下的脱胶失效问题,寻求改善其低温粘接性能的方法。通过对比分析不同类型的胶粘剂性能指标,筛选出更适合低温环境使用的胶粘剂。研究发现,丙烯酸类胶粘剂在低温条件下具有较好的粘接性能。玻璃化转变温度更低,接触角更小的胶粘剂,在低温环境下具备更好的粘接性能,能满足日常使用要求,为解决纸膜粘接在低温下的脱胶问题提供了有效的解决方案。Aiming at the problem of debonding failure of paper-film bonding in low-temperature environments,a method to improve its low-temperature bonding performance was sought.By comparing and analyzing the perfor⁃mance indexes of different types of adhesives,a more suitable adhesive for low-temperature environment was screened out.It has been found that acrylic adhesives have better bonding performance at low temperatures.The adhe⁃sive with lower glass transition temperature and smaller contact angle has better bonding performance in low tempera⁃ture environment,which can meet the requirements of daily use,and provides an effective solution to solve the prob⁃lem of degumming paper film bonding at low temperature.
