摘 要:为提高沥青低温抗裂性能,采用辛基三甲氧基硅烷、苯基三甲氧基硅烷以及ADP-S473共3种硅烷偶联剂对纳米SiO_(2)表面进行修饰,修饰后纳米颗粒被用于改性基质沥青。经沥青基础性质与抗低温性能评价,分析了各种纳米材料对基质沥青的改善效果,同时对其改善混合料低温抗裂性与稳定性进行评价测试。结果表明,采用ADP-S473(胺类硅烷偶联剂)以及辛基三甲氧基硅烷修饰后的纳米SiO_(2)(SI-1与SI-3)对基质沥青的抗低温性能改善效果较佳,其SiO_(2)最优加量均为2.5%;2种纳米沥青改善后的混合料的低温抗弯拉强度均达10 MPa以上,梁底最大弯拉应变均达2600μɛ以上,冻融劈裂抗拉强度达1 MPa以上,其中ADP-S473修饰后的纳米SiO_(2)效果较佳。In order to improve the crack resistance of asphalt at low temperature,three silane coupling agents,namely octyltrimethoxysilane,phenyltrimethoxysilane,and ADP-S473,were used to modify the surface of nano SiO_(2).The modified nanoparticles were used to modify the matrix asphalt.Through the evaluation of the basic proper⁃ties and low-temperature resistance of asphalt,the improvement effect of various nano materials on the matrix as⁃phalt was analyzed,and the improvement of low temperature crack resistance and stability of the mixture was evalu⁃ated and tested.The results showed that the nano-SiO_(2)(SI-1 and SI-3)modified with ADP-S473(amine silane coupling agent)and octyltrimethoxysilane had a better effect on the low temperature resistance of matrix asphalt,and the optimal SiO_(2) dosage was 2.5%.The low-temperature flexural tensile strength of the mixture improved by two types of nano asphalt was both above 10 MPa,and the maximum flexural tensile strain at the bottom of the beam was more than 2600μɛ,the freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength reached over 1 MPa,among which the nano SiO_(2) modi⁃fied with ADP-S473 had the best effect.
