摘 要:为提高光催化制氢效率,降低成本,以石墨相氮化碳为主要材料,负载硫化镍和硫化钴,制备了一种三元光催化复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。试验结果表明,由X射线衍射分析(XRD)和比表面积与孔隙分析(BET)可知,试验成功制备了三元光催化复合材料,且该材料具备较大的比表面积和较小的孔径,分别是103.5 m^(2)/g、3.68 nm。电化学测试和光催化制氢试验表明,三元光催化复合材料的光催化性能较佳,在光辐照5 h时的氢气生成量达到11.37 mmol/g,氢气生成速率为2.274 mmol/(g×h)。综上,实验所制备的硫化镍/硫化钴/石墨相氮化碳三元光催化复合材料具备较好的光催化制氢性能。In order to improve the efficiency of photocatalytic hydrogen production and reduce the cost,a ternary photocatalytic composite was prepared by taking graphite phase carbon nitride as the main material,loading Nickel sulfide and cobalt sulfide,and its performance was studied.The experimental results showed that ternary photocata⁃lytic composite materials had been successfully prepared in this experiment according to X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)and specific surface area and pore analysis(BET),and the materials had a large specific surface area and a small pore size of 103.5 m^(2)/g and 3.68 nm,respectively.Electrochemical testing and photocatalytic hydrogen produc⁃tion experiments showed that the ternary photocatalytic composite material had the best photocatalytic performance,with a hydrogen generation amount of 11.37 mmol/g and a hydrogen generation rate of 2.274 mmol/(g[×]h)after 5 hours of light irradiation.In conclusion,the Nickel sulfide/cobalt sulfide/graphite phase carbon nitride ternary photo⁃catalytic composite prepared in this experiment has good photocatalytic hydrogen production performance.
