摘  要:煤矿井下辅助运输是井下运输系统中的关键构成部分,薄煤层井下运输车能够高效地确保物料辅助运输的安全性,对WCJ5CE型煤矿井下运输车车架液压转向系统开展研究。深入剖析液压转向系统原理,设计了优化后的两级先导控制流量放大器式液压转向系统,有效克服了重载转向难题。同时,对液压油缸进行多方面优化,包括密封系统、结构以及防护措施等。这些优化措施能够有效应对煤矿运输巷道恶劣环境所致的问题,保障运输车辆井下作业的可靠运行,提高了车辆的运输能力,增强了井下运输的安全性。The underground auxiliary transportation of coal mine is the key component of underground transporta⁃tion system.The thin coal bed underground transportation vehicle can effectively ensure the safety of auxiliary trans⁃portation of materials.The principle of the hydraulic steering system was deeply analyzed,and the optimized two-stage pilot control flow amplifier hydraulic steering system was designed,which effectively overcame the prob⁃lem of heavy-duty steering.At the same time,the hydraulic cylinder was optimized in many aspects,including the sealing system,structure and protective measures.These optimization measures can effectively deal with the prob⁃lems caused by the harsh environment of coal transportation roadway,ensure the reliable operation of underground operation of transportation vehicles,improve the transportation capacity of vehicles,and enhance the safety of under⁃ground transportation.
