摘  要:为提高建筑外墙保温隔热节能效果,引入传热性能模型模拟建筑物的传热过程,识别建筑物节能潜力,并提供改进建议,以减少能源消耗和碳排放。设计建筑传热性能模型模拟建筑物的传热过程;以传热性能模型为基础,通过敏感性分析方法获取外墙传热系数与辐射吸收系数;以能耗最小化和成本最低为目标,构建节能优化目标函数;通过考虑结构设计、材料选用和施工工艺等方面调整墙面基体与保温板的导热系数,解决导热系数差异带来的伸缩强度不一致,设计外墙保温隔热节能优化方案。结果表明,该方法可有效降低建筑的供暖负荷、制冷负荷以及总负荷,提高建筑节能效果。In order to improve the energy saving effect of building exterior wall insulation,a heat transfer perfor⁃mance model was introduced to simulate the heat transfer process of the building,the energy saving potential of the building was identify,and improvement suggestions were provided to reduce energy consumption and carbon emis⁃sions.Design a building heat transfer performance model to simulate the heat transfer process of the building.Based on the heat transfer performance model,the sensitivity analysis method was used to obtain the heat transfer coeffi⁃cient and radiation absorption coefficient of the exterior wall.With the goal of minimizing energy consumption and minimizing costs,a energy-saving optimization objective function was constructed.By considering structural design,material selection,and construction technology,the thermal conductivity of the wall substrate and insulation board were adjusted to solve the inconsistent expansion and contraction strength caused by differences in thermal conduc⁃tivity,and an energy-saving optimization plan for external wall insulation and thermal insulation were designed.The results showed that this method can effectively reduce the heating load,cooling load,and total load of buildings,improve building energy savings,and provide high energy efficiency for buildings.
