全域旅游视角下石狮市乡村旅游养老模式构建研究

摘　　要：全域旅游是一种全新的旅游发展模式,是推进旅游供给侧结构性改革和转型升级的必然选择。文章以石狮市为例,采用抽样问卷调查法,从乡村旅游养老意愿和服务需求分析发展乡村旅游养老模式的可行性,研究提出了全域旅游视角下适合石狮构建乡村旅游养老的4种模式,即乡村旅游养老度假村、乡村旅游养老公寓、依托乡村旅游的养老院和乡村宅院养老旅游模式,并提出要注重乡村环境保护与营造,提供全方位乡村旅游养老创新服务与设施,丰富乡村旅游休闲活动,完善乡村旅游养老服务体系和培养“导游+护理”复合型服务人才等具体建议。As an emerging model,all-for-one tourism is an inevitable choice to facilitate the supply side structural reform and the transformation of the tourism industry.In this context,the article uses a sampling questionnaire to explore the feasibility of developing an elderly care model in Shishi City from the perspectives of willingness and service demand.The study proposes altogether four models suitable for Shishi,from the perspective of all-for-one tourism namely elderly care resorts,elderly care apartments,nursing home relying on rural tourism and residential elderly care tourism.Specific suggestions are also proposed in terms of focusing on rural environmental protection,providing comprehensive elderly care services and facilities,enriching leisure activities,perfecting elderly care service system,and cultivating interdisciplinary talents who can serve as both tour guides and nurses.
