南疆数智旅游网络平台语言服务水平及提升对策

摘　　要：南疆作为我国丝绸之路经济带核心区,其区位优势明显,旅游资源丰富。做好数智旅游语言服务对于促进南疆旅游发展,推动新疆文旅产业提质升级乃至旅游强国建设至关重要。文章以数智旅游网络平台语言服务为切入点,在分析数智旅游网络平台在南疆的发展现状的基础上,针对该平台在语言服务方面存在的语言种类不够丰富、翻译准确性有待提高、多语言服务的便捷性不足等问题,从扩大多语种服务覆盖范围、引入专业翻译团队、利用先进的翻译技术提高翻译质量、优化平台界面以提升多语言服务便捷性等方面提出了提升南疆数智旅游网络平台发展水平的若干对策。As the core of China's Silk Road Economic Belt,Southern Xinjiang was endowed with obvious geographical advantages and abundant tourism resources.Therefore,providing high-quality language services is crucial for boosting tourism industry,upgrading the cultural and tourism industry in Xinjiang and even building a tourism powerhouse.In this context,taking language services as the point,based on the current development status of the digital intelligent tourism network platform,in view of the issues of insufficient language variety,inaccurate translations and inconvenient multilingual services,the thesis put forward several suggestions to improve the development level of the digital intelligent tourism network platform,including expanding the coverage of multilingual services,introducing professional translation teams,employing advanced translation techniques to enhance translation accuracy,optimizing the platform interface to enhance convenience.
