基于现代农业“三大体系”要求的宁夏枸杞产业高质量发展对策

摘　　要：枸杞是宁夏的“地域符号”和“红色名片”。近年来,宁夏枸杞产业在规模化种植水平、产业质量标准化体系建设、精深加工产品研发能力等方面取得了长足进步,特别是随着现代农业“三大体系”的提出与推进,宁夏枸杞产业迎来了高质量发展的关键时期。文章通过前期走访调研,以推动宁夏枸杞产业实现转型升级和可持续发展为目标,从构建现代农业产业体系、生产体系和经营体系的基本要求出发,在深入分析宁夏枸杞产业的发展现状及存在的主要问题基础上,提出了提高科技创新水平、深化产旅融合发展,优化农业土地利用、推动农业社会化服务,强化市场监管力度、激活经营主体动力等对策。Wolfberries are the"symbol"and"red business card"of Ningxia.In recent years,wolfberry industry has made significant headway in terms of large-scale cultivation,quality standardization system construction,and developing deepprocessing products.Especially with the proposal and promotion of the"three major systems"of modern agriculture,wolfberry industry has ushered in a critical period of high-quality development.With the aim of promoting the transformation,upgrading,and sustainable development of wolfberry industry,through preliminary visits and researches,the thesis conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status and existing problems of wolfberry industry,and proposes suggestions to encourage scientific and technological innovation and deepen the industry-tourism integration;optimize farmland use to facilitate agriculture servicing society;strengthen market regulation and stimulate the vigor of market entities so as to realize the goal of establishing modern agricultural industrial,production and management systems.
