“五育融合”视域下地方高校核产业人才培养路径选择

摘  要:随着我国核工业的快速发展,社会对高素质核产业人才的需求日益增加,地方高校亟须培养适应核产业发展的高素质人才。实现德智体美劳“五育融合”,形成全面的高水平人才培养体系,既是将党的教育方针政策向教育改革实践落实的有效方法,也是培育高素质核产业人才的必由之路。文章基于“五育融合”视域下核产业人才培养现状,从制定科学合理的课程体系、建设高水平的师资队伍、构建多元化的教育模式、加强校企合作、注重学生综合素质的提升等方面提出了相关对策建议。With the rapid advancement of the nuclear industry,there's an increasing demand for high-quality talents,and local universities urgently need to cultivate high-caliber talents that can adapt to the development of the nuclear industry.In this context,carrying out the integration of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education,and forming a comprehensive high-level talent training system is not only an effective way to implement the Party's educational policies into the practice of educational refrom,but also a necessary path to cultivate high-caliber nuclear industry talents.According to the current status of talent cultivation under the perspective of"Five Education Integration",several suggestions are proposed in terms of formulating a scientific curriculum,building a high-caliber teaching staff,developing a diversified educational model,strengthening schoolenterprise cooperation,and focusing on the fostering of students'comprehensive quality.
