摘 要:随着包装行业对涂料阻隔性能及绿色环保可持续性要求的提高,利用水性阻隔涂料赋予包装材料高阻隔性能已成为行业研究热点之一。本文综述了近年来用于改善包装材料阻氧阻湿性能的水性涂料的研究进展,重点介绍了具有可控流变性和良好成膜性的多糖类和蛋白质类生物基水性阻隔涂料,以及聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸乳液和聚偏氯乙烯乳液等非生物基水性阻隔涂料。水性阻隔涂料具有环保安全、无溶剂残留的优点,符合可持续发展的绿色理念,在阻隔包装材料方面具有巨大的应用潜力。As the increasingly demands for barrier performance and green environmental sustainability of coatings in the packaging industry,using waterborne barrier coatings to give packaging materials high barrier performance has become one of the research hotspots in the industry.This paper reviewed the recent research progress in waterborne barrier coating to improve the oxygen and moisture barrier performance of packaging materials.The bio-based waterborne barrier coatings of polysaccharides and proteins with controllable rheological properties and excellent film-forming properties were introduced.The non-biological based waterborne barrier coatings of polyvinyl alcohol,polyacrylic acid emulsion and polyvinylidene chloride emulsion were also summarized.Waterborne barrier coatings have the advantages of environment,safety and no solvent residue,in line with the green concept of sustainable development.Waterborne barrier coatings have great application potential in barrier packaging materials.
