摘  要:为解决聚丙烯(PP)低温环境下力学性能不足,以及添加弹性体后二元复合材料热电性能降低的问题,采用熔融共混的加工方式制备了二氧化钛(TiO_(2))填充PP/乙烯-辛烯共聚弹性体(POE)复合材料。研究了含不同TiO_(2)含量的PP/POE/TiO_(2)复合材料的力学性能与电学性能,同时使用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)与同步热分析仪对复合材料进行表征。力学性能测试表明,TiO_(2)的加入对复合材料的力学性能有了较大的改善,复合材料的拉伸强度较未添加TiO_(2)的PP/POE有所提高,当TiO_(2)含量为1.5 phr时,PP/POE/1.5TiO_(2)的断裂伸长率最大。电学性能测试表明,TiO_(2)的添加能有效地抑制空间电荷的积累,增大复合材料的介电常数,当TiO_(2)含量为1.5 phr时,PP/POE/1.5TiO_(2)的空间电荷抑制能力最佳,且对介电损耗的影响并不明显。同步热分析显示,POE的加入使得复合材料的结晶度与熔融温度降低,TiO_(2)加入对复合材料的结晶温度和熔融温度影响不大,高含量TiO_(2)的添加能提高复合材料的结晶度。当TiO_(2)含量为1.5 phr时,PP/POE/1.5TiO_(2)复合材料在保留了PP/POE复合材料力学性能的条件下,还可兼顾PP基底的电学和热学性能,该材料将为新型环保绝缘PP电缆绝缘料的研制提供依据。To solve the problems of insufficient mechanical properties of polypropylene(PP)at low temperature and the decrease of thermoelectric properties of binary composite materials after adding elastomers,titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))-filled PP/ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer(POE)composites were prepared by the melt blending method.The mechanical and dielectric properties of PP/POE/TiO_(2)composites with varying TiO_(2)contents were investigated,and the composites were characterized via scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and synchronous thermal analysis.Mechanical property tests show that the addition of TiO_(2)significantly improves the mechanical properties of the composites.The composite tensile strengths increase compared to that of PP/POE without TiO_(2).The elongation at break of PP/POE/1.5TiO_(2)reaches maximum when the TiO_(2)content is 1.5 phr.Dielectric property tests indicate that the addition of TiO_(2)effectively suppresses space charge accumulation and increases the dielectric constant of the composites.The PP/POE/1.5TiO_(2)composite exhibits the best space charge suppression ability at a TiO_(2)content of 1.5 phr,without significantly affecting the dielectric loss.Synchronous thermal analysis reveals that the addition of POE reduces the crystallinity and melting temperature of the composites.The addition of TiO_(2)has little effect on the crystallization and melting temperatures of the composites,while higher contents of TiO_(2)could increase the crystallinity of the composites.At a TiO_(2)content of 1.5 phr,the PP/POE/1.5TiO_(2)composite maintains the mechanical properties of the PP/POE composite while balancing the electrical and thermal properties of the PP substrate.This material provides a basis for the development of new environmentally friendly insulating PP cable insulation materials.
