摘  要:以收纳箱外框为例,利用Moldflow模流分析软件分别对十字型和H型两种浇注系统方案进行注塑过程模拟。通过对比分析充填时间、流动前沿温度、体积收缩率和整体翘曲变形量,最终确定H型浇注系统方案更为合理。针对初始分析中的体积收缩率和整体翘曲变形量缺陷,选用模具温度、熔体温度、保压时间、充填压力为因素设计正交试验,并进行注塑成型过程模拟,得出二者分析结果。将体积收缩率和整体翘曲变形量结果进行信噪比处理,利用熵权法计算出二者的权重,从而得到灰色关联度,最后通过极差分析得到了各个工艺参数对灰色关联度的影响程度和最佳工艺参数组合,即:模具温度50℃、熔体温度250℃、保压时间8 s、充填压力90%。与初始工艺相比,最佳工艺参数组合下的体积收缩率下降了0.888个百分点,整体翘曲变形量缩小了1.366 mm。将最佳工艺组合进行实际试模验证,试模样品表面无明显外观缺陷,满足尺寸和装配要求。通过熵权法与灰色关联分析相结合,成功实现了在注塑成型工艺参数优化过程中的多目标优化,证明了该方法的可行性。Taking the outer frame of the storage box as an example,the Moldflow mold flow analysis software was used to simulate the injection processes of two casting system solutions named cross type and H type.By comparing and analyzing the filling time,flow front temperature,volumetric shrinkage and overall warpage deformation,it is finally determined that the H-type casting system scheme is more reasonable.For the defects of volumetric shrinkage and overall warpage deformation in the initial analysis,the mold temperature,melt temperature,holding time and filling pressure were chosen as the factors to design the orthogonal tests and simulate the injection molding process,finally obtaining the analysis results.The volumetric shrinkage and overall warpage deformation results were processed by signal-to-noise ratio,and the weights of the two were calculated by the entropy weighting method,resulting to obtain the gray correlation degree.Finally,the influence degrees of each process parameter on the gray correlation degree and the optimal combination of process parameters were obtained by extreme difference analysis.The optimal combination of process parameters is shown as follows:a mold temperature of 50℃,a melt temperature of 250℃,a holding time of 8 s,a filling pressure of 90%.Compared with the initial process,the volume shrinkage under the optimal process parameter combination is decreased by 0.888 percent points,and the overall warpage deformation is reduced by 1.366 mm.The optimal process combination was verified in the actual trial molding.The results show that the surface of the trial molded products has no obvious appearance defects,which meets the dimensional and assembly requirements.Through the combination of entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis,the multi-objective optimization in the optimization processes of injection molding process parameters is successfully realized,proving the feasibility of this method.
