摘 要:常规吹塑工艺成型的工业塑件通常存在粗糙、凹坑和橘皮纹等外观缺陷,需经后续打磨、喷漆和抛光处理,才能满足其作为外饰件的使用要求。为此,本文将变模温成型技术与常规吹塑工艺相结合,开发了电热式变模温吹塑成型技术,旨在直接生产出能满足最终装配使用要求的高光免喷涂的吹塑制件。通过理论分析和实验研究,系统阐述了变模温吹塑工艺的流程设计和成型系统的构建,并以汽车扰流板为例,对该技术在实际生产中的应用可行性和有效性进行了评估。结果表明,通过优化工艺流程,采用本文所开发的电热式变模温吹塑工艺,可在与常规吹塑工艺成型周期基本相当的情况下,能直接成型出具有高表面质量的汽车扰流板,其表面粗糙度仅为0.15μm、光泽度高达92 GU,达到镜面高光效果,彻底消除了常规吹塑工艺成型高光塑件时所必需的后处理工序,从而证明了该技术在实际生产中是可行且有效的,适合在工业规模化生产中推广应用。Industrial plastic parts produced by the conventional blow molding technology often exhibit surface defects such as roughness,sunken pits and orange peel texture,which must be eliminated via sanding,painting,and polishing to make the parts meet the standards required for exterior applications.To address this issue,this work developed an electric-heating variotherm blow molding technology by combining the variotherm molding with conventional blow molding process,aiming at directly producing high-gloss and paint-free molded parts.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research,the process designs and system constructions of the variotherm blow molding technique were comprehensively detailed.An industrial plastic part-automotive spoiler was selected as the case to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of this technology in practical productions.The results demonstrate that,by optimizing the process,the developed variotherm blow molding technique could produce automotive spoilers with high surface quality within a cycle time comparable to that of conventional blow molding.The automotive spoiler surface roughness is only 0.15μm and the surface glossiness reaches 92 GU,achieving a high-gloss mirror effect.Therefore,the need for post-processing procedures typically required to achieve a high-gloss finish in the conventional blow molding could be eliminated completely.This confirms the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed technique in actual productions,making it suitable for promotions and applications in the industrial-scale manufacturing.
