摘  要:针对汽车空气滤清器安装盖结构复杂导致冷却不均引起的翘曲变形量过大及生产效率低的问题,建立了安装盖的有限元分析模型,将安装盖的最大翘曲变形量和达到零件顶出温度时间作为优化目标,提高产品质量及生产效率。首先,基于自建形冷却水路,建立了安装盖的注塑仿真有限元分析模型;其次,应用最优拉丁超立方采样方法和二阶响应面模型分别建立了注塑工艺参数同达到零件顶出温度时间和最大翘曲变形量之间的函数关系;最后,应用天牛须算法,求解得到满足注塑质量要求的最优工艺参数组合,使得汽车发动机空气滤清器安装盖的生产效率和产品质量得以提高。结果表明,优化后的达到零件顶出温度时间为123.4 s,与优化前的达到零件顶出温度时间相比降低了47%;优化后的最大翘曲变形量为1.554 mm,与优化前的最大翘曲变形量相比降低了7.5%。A finite element analysis model for the installation cover of automobile air filters was established to address the problems of excessive warping deformation and low production efficiency caused by uneven cooling due to the complex structure of the installation cover.The maximum warping deformation of the installation cover and the time to reach the part ejection temperature were taken as optimization objectives to improve product quality and production efficiency.Firstly,based on the self-built cooling water circuit,a finite element analysis model for injection molding simulation of the installation cover was established.Secondly,the optimal Latin hypercube sampling method and second-order response surface model were applied to establish the functional relationships between injection molding process parameters,the time to reach the part ejection temperature and the maximum warpage deformation.Finally,applying the Longhorn whisker algorithm,the optimal combination of process parameters that met the requirements of injection molding quality was obtained,improving the production efficiency and product quality of automotive engine air filter installation covers.The results show that the optimized time to reach the part ejection temperature is 123.4 s,which is 47%lower than that before optimization.The maximum warpage deformation after optimization is 1.554 mm,which is 7.5%lower than that before optimization.
