摘  要:基于天然高分子聚合物的水凝胶阻燃材料,由于其在阻燃性及环境兼容性方面的卓越特性,正逐渐成为科学研究的热点。本研究以改性衣康酸(EP)与改性羟丙基纤维素(HPCS)作为初始原料,采用可见光固化3D打印技术,制备了一种具有优异热稳定性和阻燃性的天然高分子水凝胶(EP/HPCS水凝胶)。结果表明,该水凝胶表现出优异的保水性能,在长时间空气暴露下仍能保持较高含量的水分。热失重分析显示,EP/HPCS水凝胶具有良好的高温热稳定性,并且残炭量可达3.445%。EP/HPCS水凝胶具有优异的阻燃性,极限氧指数为63.3%,垂直燃烧测试显示其具有自熄性。此外,该水凝胶的拉伸强度可达到113.34 kPa。这种同时具备高温热稳定性、良好力学性能及阻燃性的水凝胶材料,为可用于织物热防护、煤矿保护等领域的新一代无卤阻燃材料的绿色开发提供了新思路。Hydrogel flame retardant materials based on natural polymer macromolecules are increasingly becoming a focus of scientific research due to their outstanding flame retardancy and environmental compatibility.In this study,modified itaconic acid(EP)and modified hydroxypropyl cellulose(HPCS)were used as the initial precursors to fabricate a kind of natural polymer hydrogel(EP/HPCS hydrogel)with excellent thermal stability and flame retardancy through the visible light-curable 3D printing technology.The results demonstrate that the hydrogel shows excellent water retention properties and could retain a high moisture content even after a long time of air exposure.Thermogravimetric analysis reveals that the EP/HPCS hydrogel possesses good high-temperature thermal stability,with a char residue of up to 3.445%.This hydrogel exhibits excellent flame retardancy,with a limiting oxygen index(LOI)value of 63.3%.The vertical combustion test shows that this hydrogel also has self-extinguishing properties.Furthermore,the tensile strength of the hydrogel could reach 113.34 kPa.This hydrogel material combines high-temperature thermal stability,good mechanical properties,and flame retardancy,providing a new approach for the green development of a new generation of halogen-free flame retardant materials that are applied in the fields such as fabric thermal protection and coal mine safety.
