摘  要:随着网络通信的发展和电子设备使用频率的增加,电磁波辐射和污染问题日益严重,因此亟需研究具有高电磁屏蔽性能的材料。为解决这一问题,本文以具有高电磁屏蔽性能的二维片层材料Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene为研究对象,以含有大量氨基的高分子聚合物聚乙烯亚胺为改性剂,基于Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene和聚乙烯亚胺之间的氢键作用使聚乙烯亚胺分子接枝在Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene表面,制得改性Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene。通过丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯之间的加成反应制备丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物,并以丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物作为聚合物基体,以改性Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene作为交联剂,通过溶液聚合和浇铸成膜的方法制备了一种新型的聚乙烯亚胺接枝Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene交联丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物薄膜。对制备的聚乙烯亚胺接枝Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene交联丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物薄膜的结构进行透射电镜、能谱分析、X射线衍射分析、拉曼光谱分析和红外光谱分析,进一步对该复合薄膜的热稳定性、电磁屏蔽性能、拉伸性能和抗静电性能进行分析。测试结果表明,该复合薄膜表现出45 dB的高电磁屏蔽效率,12 MPa的高拉伸强度以及5×10^(7)Ω的高表面电阻,均高于不含Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene的聚乙烯亚胺交联丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯薄膜。With the development of network communication and the increase of useful frequency of electronic equipment,the problems of electromagnetic radiation and pollution are becoming more and more serious,so it is urgent to research materials with high electromagnetic shielding performances.To solve this problem,the two-dimensional lamellar material Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene with high electromagnetic shielding properties was used as the study material,polythylenimide containing a large number of amino groups was used as the modifier.Based on the hydrogen-bond interactions between Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene and polyethylenimide,the modified Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene was prepared by grafting polyethylenimide on the surfaces of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene.Acrylate-hydroxyethyl methacrylate copolymers were prepared by the addition reaction between acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl methacrylate.Modified Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene was used as the cross-linking agent,and acrylic acid-hydroxyethyl methylacrylate copolymer was used as the polymer matrix,the polyethyleneimine modified Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene cross-linking acrylic acid-hydroyethyl methylacrylate copolymer film was prepared through the solution blending and casting film methods.The structures of the prepared polythylenimide grafted Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene cross-linking acrylate-hydroxyethyl methacrylate copolymer film was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy,energy spectrum analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,Raman spectrum analysis and infrared spectrum analysis.The thermal stability,electromagnetic shielding properties,mechanical properties and antistatic properties of the composite films were further analyzed.Test results demonstrate that the prepared film exhibits high electromagnetic shielding efficiency of 45 dB,high tensile strength of 12 MPa and high surface resistance of 5×10^(7)Ω,which were higher than those of polyethyleneimine cross-linking acrylic acid-hydroyethyl methylacrylate film without Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene.
