摘 要:电主轴向着高精度、高转速以及低损耗的方向发展。过去所采用的异步电机因其低效率、低功率因数及转子发热等缺点难以满足电主轴的发展需求。为了进一步减小电主轴电机的齿槽转矩和涡流损耗,本文提出了一种电主轴用新型复合转子无槽高速永磁电机。首先,基于复合转子无槽高速永磁电机的结构特点,以1台10kW、80000 r/min的电机为研究对象,对其定转子主要尺寸的确定、定子绕组的设计以及新型复合转子结构参数的确定等展开了研究,得到了其电磁设计方案;其次,对所设计的电机进行了特性分析,得到了磁力线、磁密分布云图、齿槽转矩以及转矩曲线等,验证了所设计电机的合理性;最后与一台普通无槽高速电机进行对比,验证了所提出的新型复合转子无槽高速电机性能的优越性。Electric spindles are developing towards high precision,high speed,and low loss.The asynchronous motors used in the past were unable to meet the development needs of electric spindles due to their low efficiency,low power factor,and rotor heating.In order to further reduce the cogging torque and eddy current losses of electric spindle motors,this paper proposed a new type of composite rotor slotless high-speed permanent magnet motor for electric spindles.Firstly,based on the structural characteristics of the composite rotor slotless high-speed permanent magnet motor,a 10kW,80000r/min motor was taken as the research object.The determination of the main dimensions of the stator and rotor,the design of the stator winding,and the determination of the parameters of the new composite rotor structure were studied,and its electromagnetic design scheme was obtained;Secondly,a characteristic analysis was conducted on the designed motor,obtaining magnetic field lines,magnetic density distribution cloud maps,cogging torque,and torque curves,which verified the rationality of the designed motor;Finally,the superiority of the proposed new composite rotor slotless high-speed motor was verified by comparing it with an ordinary slotless high-speed motor.
