摘　　要：目的探究隔姜灸防治造血干细胞移植(HSCT)患者恶心和呕吐的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2022年12月—2023年12月在广东省中医院接受HSCT治疗的68例血液恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组进行常规西药止呕治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予隔姜灸治疗。比较两组患者恶心和呕吐的发生率和发生程度,并运用呕吐生活功能指数(FLIE)评价两组患者的生活质量。结果治疗期间,观察组恶心和呕吐的发生率和发生程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FLIE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔姜灸可降低HSCT患者恶心和呕吐的发生率,减轻其发生程度,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ginger separated moxibustion in preventing and treating nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the Clinical data of 68 patients with hematological malignancies who received HSCT treatment at Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine antiemetic treatment and nursing care,while the observation group received ginger separated moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.Compared the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting between two groups of patients,and use the Functional Living Index-Emesis(FLIE)to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups of patients.Results During the treatment,he incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FLIE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Ginger separated moxibustion can reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing HSCT,alleviate their severity,and improve their quality of life.
