摘　　要：目的观察术前渐进式改良呼吸训练在经鼻蝶窦垂体瘤切除患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2023年1—12月南京鼓楼医院收治的151例垂体瘤患者,将2023年1—6月采用常规呼吸训练的75例患者纳入对照组,将2023年7—12月采用术前渐进式改良呼吸训练的76例患者纳入试验组。比较两组术后疼痛程度、血压水平和睡眠质量。结果术前,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,试验组疼痛数字量表、PSQI评分和收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前渐进式改良呼吸训练能够减少垂体瘤患者术后的疼痛和血压波动,改善其睡眠质量。Objective To observe the application effect of preoperative progressive modified respiratory training in patients undergoing transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection.Methods By convenience sampling,a total of 151 patients with pituitary adenoma admitted to Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected,75 patients who received conventional respiratory training from January to June 2023 were included in the control group,and 76 patients who received preoperative progressive modified respiratory training from July to December 2023 were included in the experimental group.The pain degree,blood pressure level and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results Before surgery,there was no significant difference in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the Numerical Rating Scale,PSQI scores and the systolic blood pressure levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative progressive modified respiratory training can reduce postoperative pain and blood pressure fluctuations in patients with pituitary adenoma and improve their sleep quality.
