摘　　要：乳腺癌是威胁女性健康的重大疾病,而乳腺癌改良根治术是其目前主要的治疗方法。为了提升患者术后的生活质量,本文对1例乳腺癌患者进行了基于Snyder希望理论的心理干预,并实施了术前-术后-出院指导全程化的康复护理措施,有效提高了患者的心理调适能力和预后效果。Breast cancer is a major disease threatening women's health,and modified radical mastectomy is the main treatment method at present.In order to improve the postoperative quality of life of patients,psychological intervention based on Snyder's hope theory was carried out in this paper for a breast cancer patient,and the rehabilitation nursing measures of pre-operation-post-discharge guidance were implemented,which effectively improved the patient's psychological adjustment ability and prognostic effect.
