摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理在急诊宫外孕患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年6月—2024年5月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的120例宫外孕患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为参照组与试验组,每组60例。参照组给予常规护理,试验组给予针对性护理。观察两组护理前后恐惧情绪评分、心理与生理应激反应以及满意度情况。结果护理后,试验组家庭关系、职业、自主感丧失、情感反应以及焦虑应对评分均低于参照组(P<0.05),焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分、心率以及平均动脉压均低于参照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊宫外孕患者中,针对性护理可以有效减轻患者恐惧情绪,提高其心理适应能力,降低心理与生理应激反应,提高手术安全性,提升手术效果,从而有利于提升患者对医疗服务满意度。Objective To analyze the application value of targeted nursing in emergency patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted into Women and Children's Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from June 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table,with 60 cases in each.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given targeted nursing.The fear score,psychological and physiological stress response and satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were observed.Results After nursing,the scores of family relationship,occupation,loss of autonomy,emotional response and anxiety response in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety,depression,heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions In patients with emergency ectopic pregnancy,targeted nursing can effectively reduce the patient's fear,improve the psychological adaptability,reduce the psychological and physiological stress response,improve the safety of surgery,and improve the surgical effect,which is conducive to improving the patient's satisfaction with medical services.
