基于营养风险筛查标准的营养支持在胃肠肿瘤手术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察基于营养风险筛查标准的营养支持在胃肠肿瘤手术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月上海市浦东新区人民医院收治的120例胃肠肿瘤手术后患者,通过双盲法分为对照组(60例,常规营养支持)与营养组(60例,常规营养支持+基于营养风险筛查标准的营养支持),比较两组的营养水平、免疫功能、机体恢复时间、并发症、生活健康指数评分。结果干预后营养组营养水平、免疫功能、生活健康指数评分高于对照组,机体恢复时间快于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠肿瘤手术后患者接受基于营养风险筛查标准的营养支持可以显著提高营养水平,改善其免疫功能状况,加快机体恢复,降低术后并发症发生风险,提高生活健康指数。Objective To observe the application effect of nutritional support based on nutritional risk screening criteria in patients after gastrointestinal tumor surgery.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,120 patients with gastrointestinal tumor after surgery in Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group(60 cases,routine nutritional support)and nutritional group(60 cases,routine nutritional support+nutritional support based on nutritional risk screening criteria)by double-blind method.The nutritional level,immune function,body recovery time,complication and life health index score of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the nutritional level,immune function and life health index score of the nutrition group were higher than those of the control group,the recovery time of the body was faster than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Nutritional support based on nutritional risk screening criteria for patients after gastrointestinal tumor surgery can significantly improve nutritional level,improve immune function,accelerate body recovery,reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve the life health index.
