摘　　要：目的分析醒脾养儿颗粒联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月广州市越秀区儿童医院收治的80例消化不良性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。观察组(n=40)给予醒脾养儿颗粒联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒治疗,对照组(n=40)给予地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒治疗。比较两组临床症状积分、免疫功能、肠道菌群情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组临床症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肠道菌群数量均增加,且观察组各肠道菌群数量多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脾养儿颗粒联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的临床效果较好,能够有效改善患儿临床症状,提升免疫功能,增强细胞免疫反应,有助于调节肠道菌群平衡。Objective To analyze the effect of Xingpi Yang’er Granules combined with Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Granules in the treatment of pediatric indigestion diarrhea and its impact on immune function.Methods A total of 80 children with indigestion diarrhea admitted to Yuexiu District Children’s Hospital in Guangzhou from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method.The observation group(n=40)was treated with Xingpi Yang’er Granules combined with Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Granules,while the control group(n=40)was treated with Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Granules.The clinical symptoms score,immune function,intestinal flora,and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8^(+)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of intestinal flora in both groups increased,and the number of intestinal flora in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xingpi Yang’er Granules combined with Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Granules in the treatment of pediatric indigestion diarrhea is good,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,enhance immune function,strengthen cellular immune function,and help regulate the balance of intestinal flora.
