阿奇霉素联合金振口服液治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阿奇霉素联合金振口服液治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月至12月宜兴市中医医院收治的84例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(42例,阿奇霉素治疗)与观察组(42例,阿奇霉素联合金振口服液治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症因子水平。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组咳嗽、咳痰、发热中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,和对照组相比,观察组咳嗽、咳痰、发热中医证候积分均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肝素结合蛋白(HBP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,和对照组相比,观察组HBP、CRP、PCT水平均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合金振口服液治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果较单用阿奇霉素更显著,可缓解患儿临床症状,减轻炎症反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Jinzhen Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 84 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Yixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(42 cases,treated with Azithromycin)and the observation group(42 cases,treated with Azithromycin combined with Jinzhen Oral Liquid).The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and inflammatory factors levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the traditional Chinese medicine scores of cough,expectoration,and fever between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine scores of cough,expectoration,and fever in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of heparin-binding protein(HBP),C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of HBP,CRP,and PCT in the observation group were lower,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Jinzhen Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is more significant than using Azithromycin alone,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory response in children.
