摘　　要：目的分析3.0TMRI联合螺旋CT在子宫内膜癌术前分级中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析菏泽市牡丹人民医院2022年1月至2023年1月收治的62例子宫内膜癌患者的影像学资料,术前均进行3.0T MRI和螺旋CT检查,以术后病理结果为金标准,分析两种检查与病理结果的一致性。结果3.0T MRI、螺旋CT单独及联合检查的术前分级与术后病理结果的Kappa值分别为0.750、0.662、0.892,其中联合检查的一致性最高,其次为MRI单独检查(P<0.05)。结论3.0T MRI联合螺旋CT在子宫内膜癌术前分级中的诊断价值较高,与术后病理结果的一致性较高。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of 3.0T MRI combined with spiral CT in the preoperative grading of endometrial carcinoma.Methods The imaging data of 62 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted to Mudan People’s Hospital in Heze City from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.3.0T MRI and spiral CT were performed before operation,and the postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the consistency between the two examinations and pathological results.Results The Kappa values of preoperative grading of 3.0T MRI,spiral CT alone and combined examination and postoperative pathological results were 0.750,0.662 and 0.892,respectively.The consistency of combined examination was the highest,followed by MRI alone(P<0.05).Conclusion 3.0T MRI combined with spiral CT has a high diagnostic value in the preoperative grading of endometrial carcinoma,and is highly consistent with postoperative pathological results.
