摘　　要：目的探讨Carolina照护模式下的人文关怀在子宫内膜癌(EC)患者术后恢复中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月于滨州医学院附属医院妇科接受腹腔镜手术治疗的96例EC患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予Carolina照护模式下的人文关怀,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术后第1次排气、排便、下床活动时间,以及住院时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。护理后观察组焦虑及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛程度评分、并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组人文关怀、沟通能力满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Carolina照护模式下的人文关怀能促进EC患者术后恢复,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care under Carolina care model in postoperative recovery of patients with endometrial cancer(EC).Methods Ninety-six EC patients who received laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Gynecology,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care under Carolina care mode on the basis of routine nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of first postoperative exhaust,defecation,getting out of bed,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of humanistic care and communication ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care based on Carolina care model can promote the postoperative recovery of EC patients,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve nursing sa tisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
