童趣诱导联合家属陪伴在小儿大叶性肺炎护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析童趣诱导联合家属陪伴在小儿大叶性肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取徐州市贾汪区人民医院儿科2021年1月至2023年12月收治的60例大叶性肺炎患儿,采用抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统儿科护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用童趣诱导联合家属陪伴,比较两组家属的焦虑和抑郁评分、患儿的症状消失时间与治疗总依从率。结果观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05),咳嗽、发热、喘憋、肺部湿啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组家属焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论童趣诱导联合家属陪伴能够提高大叶性肺炎患儿的治疗依从性,缩短症状消失时间,缓解家属的负面情绪,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of child interest induction combined with family companionship in the nursing of children with lobar pneumonia.Methods Sixty children with lobar pneumonia admitted to Department of Pediatrics,People’s Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional pediatric nursing,while the observation group received child interest induction combined with family companionship on the basis of control group.The anxiety and depression scores of family members,the disappearance time of symptoms of children,and the total compliance rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the disappearance time of cough,fever,wheezing and pulmonary moist rales was earlier than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety and depres sion scores of family members in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Child interest induction combined with family companionship can improve the treatment compliance of children with lobar pneumonia,shorten the time of symptom disappearance,and alleviate the negative emotions of family members,which is worth promoting.
