摘　　要：目的探讨基于品管圈构建妇科腹腔镜术后尿潴留(POUR)预警体系的临床应用效果。方法广东省妇幼保健院自2023年4月引入品管圈构建POUR预警体系。选取2023年4月至10月124例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为观察组,实施品管圈构建POUR预警体系;选取2022年4月至10月108例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为对照组,实施传统护理模式。对比两组患者POUR发生率、满意度,分析品管圈实施前后无形成果变化。结果观察组POUR发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实施品管圈模式后团队无形成果评分高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论基于品管圈构建针对妇科腹腔镜手术患者的POUR预警体系,可有效降低POUR发生率,提高患者的满意度,并达到促进团队成长的效果。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of establishing the early warning system of postoperative urinary retention(POUR)in gynecological laparoscopy based on quality control circle.Methods Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital had introduced quality control circles since April 2023 to establish a POUR early warning system.A total of 124 gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients from April to October 2023 were selected as the observation group,and quality control circle was implemented to establish the POUR early warning system.Altogether 108 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery from April to October 2022 were selected as the control group,and traditional nursing mode was implemented.The incidence of POUR and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups,and changes in intangible outcomes were analyzed before and after the implementation of quality control circle.Results The incidence of POUR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After implementing the quality control circle model,the team’s intangible achievement score was higher than that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishing POUR warning system for gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients based on the quality control circle can effectively reduce the incidence of POUR,improve patients’satisfaction,and promote team growth.
