摘　　要：衡水湖违规垂钓现象严重,对衡水湖水域环境、生态平衡、湖边交通秩序均有一定程度影响,主要是由于垂钓者生态保护意识不强,对垂钓管理相关规定认识不足,同时巡视与执法力度不够。因此,应加强科普教育,增强公众生态环保意识;充分发挥垂钓协会的作用,促进垂钓规范化;加强休闲渔业品牌建设,减轻衡水湖垂钓管理压力;完善管理机制,常抓不懈。The phenomenon of illegal fishing in Hengshui Lake is serious,which has a certain impact on the water environment,ecological balance and traffic order along the lake.This is mainly due to the weak awareness of ecological protection of anglers,poor understanding of fishing management regulations,and insufficient inspection and law enforcement efforts.Therefore,science popularization education should be strengthened to raise the public's awareness of ecological and environmental protection.Give full play to the role of fishing associations to promote fishing standardization;Strengthen the brand construction of recreational fishing to reduce the pressure of Hengshui Lake fishing management;Improve the management mechanism to maintain constant focus.
