高校运动康复专业档案管理模式研究

摘　　要：高校运动康复专业档案管理能够为运动康复专业师资提供人才支撑、为专业评估提供材料支撑、为专业革新提供原始记录、为指导学生提供经验借鉴。但运动康复专业档案管理还存在许多问题,主要包括档案管理制度较为滞后,尚未形成资源共享;档案管理思路模糊,存取利用不够灵活;档案管理专业人才匮乏,交接过程存在延迟;档案管理技术落后,脱离时代技术赋能。因此,高校运动康复专业档案管理需健全档案管理制度,加强高校资源共享;提高档案管理质效,创新档案管理方法;引进档案管理人才,加强档案队伍建设;加强档案基础设备建设,推进专业档案科学化发展。The archives management of sports rehabilitation in colleges and universities can provide talents support for sports rehabilitation teachers,materials support for professional evaluation,original records for professional innovation,and experiential references for guiding students.However,there are still many problems in the management of sports rehabilitation archives,including the lagging archives management systems that have yet to form resource sharing;vague archive management concepts with insufficient flexibility in access and use;a lack of professional talent in archive management,leading to delays in handovers;and outdated archive management technology that disconnects from modern technological empowerment.Therefore,the archive management of university sports rehabilitation programs needs to improve archive management systems,strengthen resource sharing among universities;enhance the effectiveness and quality of archive management,and innovate archive management methods;recruit archive management talents and strengthen the construction of the archive team;and improve the basic equipment for archives to promote the scientific development of professional archives.
