农村社会工作赋能农耕文化保护路径探索

摘　　要：我国作为农业大国,农耕文化是我国宝贵的农业财富,但由于城市化进程推进速度加快,使得保护和传承农耕文化成为广东省实现乡村振兴战略的题中之义。此背景视域下,该文通过参与式观察法和半结构式访谈法了解并分析河源市红光村农耕文化保护工作现状。针对乡村结构呈现离散化、乡村发展资金来源单一、社区内生发展动力不足等问题,将以社会工作优势视角探索从数字赋能,即依靠数字平台驱动加快建设文化传承体系,搭建文化发展桥梁;人才赋能,即重视人才资源本土培养与外部引进相结合,加强社区内部发展动力;社区赋能,即发挥社区本土化优势,巩固提高社区自治能力等路径,赋能优秀农耕文化的传承和保护。As an agricultural country,China has farming culture as a valuable agricultural wealth,but the accelerated pace of urbanization has made the conservation and inheritance of farming culture a topic of the new era in Guangdong Province to realize the strategy of rural revitalization.Against this background,the thesis uses participatory observation and semi-structured interviews to understand and analyze the current situation of farming culture conservation in Hongguang Village in Heyuan City.Aiming at the problems of discrete village structure,single source of funds for village development,and insufficient endogenous development power of the community,the dissertation will explore the following issues from the perspective of social work strengths:digital empowerment:relying on the digital platform to accelerate the construction of the cultural inheritance system,and building a bridge for cultural development;human resources empowerment:emphasizing the combination of cultivation of local human resources and importation of external resources,and strengthening the internal development power of the community;and community empowerment:giving full play to the advantages of community localization,consolidating and improving community autonomy capabilities and other paths,and empowering the inheritance and conservation of excellent farming culture.
