乡村振兴目标下农村社会工作研究

摘　　要：农村社会工作在实现农业强国、乡村振兴和农业农村现代化中扮演着重要的角色,是农村基层组织发挥效用的重要内容。基于此,为加快推动乡村振兴战略的实施,对农村社会工作的研究已经成为解决“三农”问题的重中之重。该研究运用文献研究法和总结归纳法,在乡村振兴战略下针对农村社会工作进行研究,立足于农村社会工作和乡村振兴,探讨农村社会工作在乡村振兴下的发展,发现两者之间存在的关系。并针对存在的效率低下、人才短缺、资金不足等问题,提出完善公共服务、鼓励人才参与和加大政策性资金支持等对策建议,从而推动农村社会工作的有序进行和助力乡村振兴战略目标的实现。Rural social work plays an important role in realizing a strong agricultural country,rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization,and is an important part of the effectiveness of rural grassroots organizations.Based on this,in order to accelerate the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,research on rural social work has become the top priority in solving the issues concerning"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".This research uses literature research method and summary and induction method to conduct research on rural social work under the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on rural social work and rural revitalization,it explores the development of rural social work under rural revitalization and discovers the existence between the two relationship.In response to existing problems such as inefficiency,talent shortage,and insufficient funds,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as improving public services,encouraging talent participation,and increasing policy-based financial support,so as to promote the orderly progress of rural social work and facilitate the realization of rural revitalization strategic goals.
