摘　　要：在全面推进乡村振兴的伟大进程中,农村实用人才的培养尤为关键。当前,农村实用人才培养在取得巨大成绩的同时,还面临着一系列问题。针对存在的问题,加强农村实用人才培养应从5个方面着手。一是加大农村实用人才培育的政策和财政扶持力度,二是构建新型农村实用人才培养体系,三是培养适应现代化发展的农村实用人才,四是完善人才评价、人才投入、人才激励和人才服务机制,五是更新城乡居民观念。通过5个方面的系统化改革,着力提升农村实用人才的培育效果,为乡村振兴提供雄厚的人才支撑,为中国式现代化奠定坚实的发展基础。In the great process of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,the training of rural practical talents is particularly critical.At present,while great achievements have been made in cultivating practical talents in rural areas,it is also facing a series of problems.In view of the existing problems,strengthening the training of rural practical talents should start with five solutions.The first solution is to increase policies and financial support for the training of rural practical talents;the second solution is to build a new rural practical talent training system;the third solution is to cultivate rural practical talents that adapt to the development of modernization;the fourth solution is to improve talent evaluation,talent investment,talent incentives and talent services mechanism;and the fifth solution is to update the concepts of urban and rural residents.Through systematic reforms in these five aspects,efforts will be made to improve the cultivation effect of rural practical talents,provide strong talent support for rural revitalization,and lay a solid foundation for development for China's modernization.
