摘 要:以2-吡嗪肼和4-(二乙氨基)水杨醛为底物,设计并开发了一种用于苦味酸(PA)选择性检测的吡嗪基水杨醛亚胺席夫碱荧光化学传感器.该传感器在与PA接触时发生荧光猝灭,通过等摩尔连续变化法和核磁共振氢谱实验证实,这是由于传感器与PA间的分子间电荷转移效应所致.在溶液中,传感器对PA展现出良好的选择性,检测下限可达5.18×10^(-7) mol/L,线性范围为0~40μmol/L,适用于定量分析.此外,传感器还能吸附于棉签和硅胶板上,通过比色法实现PA的原位检测.A pyrazinyl salicylaldehyde imine Schiff base fluorescent chemical sensor has been successfully synthesized using 2-pyrazine hydrazine and 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde as substrates for the selective detection of picric acid(PA).Upon contact with PA,the sensor undergoes fluorescence quenching,which is attributed to the intermolecular charge transfer effect between the sensor and PA,as confirmed by Job s plot analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy experiments.In solution,the sensor exhibits good selectivity for PA with a detection limit as low as 5.18×10^(-7) mol/L and a linear range of 0—40μmol/L,making it suitable for quantitative analysis.Additionally,the sensor can be adsorbed onto cotton swabs and silica gel plates,enabling in-situ detection of PA through a colorimetric method.
