摘 要:采用气相分子吸收光谱法测定水源地样品中硫化物,在仪器最佳工作条件下,进行方法检出限、精密度、加标回收率测定。结果表明:方法的标准曲线相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.003 mg·L^(-1),3种质量浓度的标准样品相对标准偏差分别为1.5%、0.8%、1.6%。实际水样加标回收率为93.3%—96.7%,与亚甲基蓝分光光度法比对F检验,F=2.97<19.0,无显著差异。同时采用水质标准质控样品验证方法准确度,其测定值均在保证值范围内。该方法分析速度快,操作简单,检出限低,准确度高,适合大批量水源地中硫化物分析工作。In determination of sulfides in water source areas by gas phase molecular absorption spectroscopy,the detection limit,precision and standard recovery rate were determined under the best working conditions of the instrument.The result showed that the standard curve correlation coefficient of the method was 0.9996 and the detection limit was 0.003 mg·L^(-1),the relative standard deviation of the standard samples of three concentrations were 1.5%,0.8%and 1.6%respectively,and that the standard recovery rate of actual water samples were 93.3%—96.7%.Compared with the methylene blue spectrophotometric method,there was no significant difference in the F-test,F=2.97<19.0.Meanwhile,the accuracy of the method was verified by using quality control samples,and the measured values were within the guaranteed range.The method possesses the advantages of fast analysis,simple operation,low detection limit and high accuracy,which was suitable for the analysis of sulfides in large quantities of water.
